A mountain biker’s paradise, Moab boasts trails traversing red rock scenery for every ability level, including the Slickrock Trail, one of the world’s most famous mountain biking paths. Only 15 minutes from downtown Moab, the trail meanders around a sandstone plateau and offers many excellent viewpoints of the area’s panoramic landscape. Novice riders will enjoy the Bar M Loop Trail, an easy path that is a superb introductory glimpse into the area’s scenery. Local outfitters have you covered if you forget your bike.
